		<description><![CDATA[I couldn&#039;t agree more. I have been through the same thing when setting my business up. There are a lot of doubters and jealousy. You are going to do something where they have not got the courage to do so. No one walks in your shoes, however you do need to think it through and make sure you have the determination and fire to succeed. Going out on your own takes you out of your comfort zone. Great for self development. My only bit of advice would be, do your research and see if you can get the company started whilst still working and then make the transition. That way you have a safety net and regular income that you can use to inject into the business.]]></description>
